'Future Mobility' presented a visionary perspective on transportation during the 'Long Night of Sciences 2023' in Dresden. Our smart autonomous pods, originally conceptualized during a seminar at the Chair of Immersive Media Design at TU Dresden, were showcased in an impressive presentation. The core of this innovative project lay in the seamless integration of autonomous pods and cable car technology. Our pods skillfully transitioned between road traffic and a suspended existence on a cable car. This unique approach combined efficiency and environmental friendliness, presenting a future of mobility that surpassed conventional boundaries. The public was invited to experience this fascinating vision of the future in a VR exhibition at the Kulturpalast Dresden. Here, visitors could closely explore the possibilities created by the integration of intelligent vehicles and innovative infrastructure. 'Future Mobility' was not just a glimpse into the future of transportation but also the result of dedicated teamwork and the successful realization of a thoughtful concept.
